The cooking oil

Avocado Oil (or other high heat oil)
Instructions
- Dry the chicken breasts thoroughly with paper towels.
- Trim off any visible fat from the chicken.
- Pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1 inch using a meat mallet.
- Generously sprinkle the seasoning mixture on both sides of the chicken.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the oil.
- Once the oil is hot, place the chicken in the pan and leave it undisturbed.
- Cook for about 4 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for 8 minutes before slicing.
