Instructions
- Check if the chicken breasts are treated with salt water; if not, dissolve salt in warm water and brine the chicken for 20-30 minutes.
- Mix the spices together in a small bowl while the chicken is brining.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil and the spice mixture on both sides.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, checking that the internal temperature reaches 160-170°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
