Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Wash the chicken breasts and pound them to an even thickness.
- Salt the chicken and combine the seasonings in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously on both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes until juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 165-170°F (74-77°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
