Ingredients

The chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts

The marinade and sauce

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

For cooking

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For garnish

  • to taste fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
  2. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
  3. Coat the chicken in the marinade and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes until the honey caramelizes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the heavy cream and rosemary.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the sauce bubbles.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
