Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
- Mix honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
- Coat the chicken in the marinade and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides.
- Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes until the honey caramelizes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the heavy cream and rosemary.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the sauce bubbles.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
