Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- Cook chicken in the skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, mix dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, and cayenne pepper for the sauce.
- In another bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch to make a slurry.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the skillet briefly.
- Add chicken broth and thyme to the skillet, simmer until reduced by half.
- Stir in the honey mustard mixture and cornstarch slurry, cooking until thickened.
- Add heavy cream and heat through, adjusting consistency with more broth if needed.
- Serve chicken with sauce poured over and garnish with parsley.
