The marinade

The garnish

Instructions
- Slice the steak into small, thin pieces.
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well with the meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill and grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts and sautéed scallions before serving.
