Homemade Orange Curd

Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
- Microwave the mixture in one-minute intervals, stirring after each minute.
- Continue until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, which should take about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave, cover, and cool.
- Store in sealed jars or containers for up to three weeks.
