Instructions
- Make the cheese sauce by blending the vegan cheese sauce ingredients with the additional garlic, salt, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
- Preheat the oven broiler.
- Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and transfer to a bowl.
- Stir the cheese sauce into the cauliflower until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with panko, and broil for 2 minutes until browned.
- Serve with optional Parmesan or Vegan Parmesan.
