Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Microwave the chopped cauliflower for 5 minutes until tender, then transfer to the baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat the yogurt and cream cheese until bubbling, then whisk together.
- Add the mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture, then stir in 1½ cups of shredded cheese until melted.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower, coating it completely, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and the cheese is melted.
