Gluten Free Vegan Veggie Burger

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Blend all ingredients except the flour in a food processor until almost smooth.
- Add the flour and pulse gently to mix, adjusting flour as needed for consistency.
- Form the mixture into a ball, wrap in plastic, and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Oil a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- Shape the mixture into 5-7 burger patties and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip gently, and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve or cool completely before freezing.
