Air Fryer Hashbrowns with Chipotle Ketchup

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and lightly coat the basket with spray oil.
- Spread the frozen hashbrowns in an even layer in the air fryer basket and season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly spritz the top of the hashbrowns with additional spray oil.
- Cook for 7 minutes, then flip the hashbrowns using a spatula.
- Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes until desired doneness.
- While the hashbrowns are cooking, whisk together the ketchup and adobo sauce to make the chipotle ketchup.
- Serve the hashbrowns warm with the chipotle ketchup.
