Instructions
- Grate the sweet potatoes using a cheese grater.
- Soak the grated sweet potatoes in cold water for 20-25 minutes to remove starch.
- Drain and dry the sweet potatoes completely with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine the sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, and salt and pepper.
- Add the mixture to the air fryer.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then shake and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
