Instructions
- Peel and cut the sweet potato into fry shapes, about ¼-inch thick.
- Toss the fries with arrowroot starch in a large bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360ºF.
- While preheating, toss the fries with olive oil and seasonings.
- Arrange half of the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the fries at 360ºF for 10 minutes, shaking the basket at 8 minutes.
- Check if the fries are golden and tender; if so, set aside and repeat with the remaining fries.
- Reheat all fries together for 1 minute at 360ºF before serving.
