Crispy Air Fryer Hash Browns

Instructions
- Grate the potatoes using the largest holes of a cheese grater.
- Soak the grated potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 20-25 minutes.
- Drain and dry the potatoes completely using a paper towel.
- In a dry bowl, combine the potatoes with garlic, paprika, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- After 10 minutes, shake the air fryer and add the chopped peppers and onions.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
- Cool before serving.
