Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté mushrooms, garlic, shallot, red peppers, and salt until softened.
- In a food processor, combine black beans, oats, walnuts, paprika, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining salt.
- Add the sautéed vegetables to the food processor and pulse until combined but slightly chunky.
- Shape the mixture into 6 to 7 patties using a 1/3 cup measure.
- Cook the patties in a greased skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
