Vegan Black Bean Burgers

Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté green onions, jalapeño, and garlic until browned.
- Transfer the sautéed veggies to a food processor with cilantro and pulse until roughly chopped.
- Add black beans to the processor and pulse until broken into small chunks.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in oats, flax meal, Parmesan, tomato paste, tamari, and seasonings until combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties and chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 7-8 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately on gluten-free buns with desired toppings.
