Best Black Bean Veggie Burgers

The burger mixture

black beans, drained and rinsed

yellow onion, cut into big chunks

green pepper, deseeded and cut into big chunks

For cooking
Instructions
- Blend the oats in a food processor until fine.
- Add half of the black beans, onion, pepper, and garlic to the processor and pulse until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the remaining black beans, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently until well combined and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Form the mixture into 6-8 patties.
- Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
