Black Bean Burger

Instructions
- Rinse and dry the black beans thoroughly.
- Pulse the bell pepper and garlic in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Add oats, green onions, cilantro, spices, salt, and pepper to the food processor and pulse until minced.
- Mix in the egg yolks and mayonnaise, pulsing briefly until combined.
- Add the black beans and pulse until roughly mashed, leaving some whole beans.
- Shape the mixture into 6 patties on parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pan fry the patties in batches until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the burgers plain or in buns with desired toppings.
