Black Bean Burgers

Instructions
- Combine black beans, onion, garlic, chipotles, adobo sauce, tamari, balsamic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mash until cohesive.
- Add the egg and mix until combined, then fold in the panko.
- Form the mixture into 6 patties, adjusting consistency as needed.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet or preheat an outdoor grill.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side in the skillet or grill for 8 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other.
- Serve with hamburger buns and desired fixings.
