Black Bean Burgers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and spread the black beans on a lined baking sheet, baking for 15 minutes.
- Sauté the olive oil, bell pepper, onion, and garlic over medium heat until soft, about 5-6 minutes, then blot excess moisture.
- In a large bowl or food processor, combine the sautéed vegetables with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, bread crumbs, feta, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Add the baked black beans and mash gently, leaving some larger chunks.
- Form the mixture into patties, about ½ cup each and ¾-inch thick.
- To bake, place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (191°C) for 10 minutes on each side, totaling 20 minutes.
- To grill, place patties on greased aluminum foil and grill for 8 minutes on each side.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
