Easy Vegan Black Bean Burgers

Instructions
- Make a flax egg by mixing ground flaxseed with water and set aside to thicken.
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans until mostly broken up, leaving some whole.
- Add the breadcrumbs, spices, sriracha, and flax mixture to the mashed beans and stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 6 tightly packed patties and refrigerate if not cooking immediately.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook the patties for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown, or bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes per side.
- Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
