Instructions
- Add broth ingredients to each jar: 1 tsp bouillon, ½ tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp sesame oil, ⅛ tsp garlic powder, ⅛ tsp ginger powder, ½ tsp sesame seeds, and ½ tsp sriracha.
- Shred the carrot and divide it between the jars.
- Slice the mushrooms and green onions, then divide them between the jars.
- Boil water and add the instant ramen, cooking for about 2 minutes until tender but firm.
- Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water, then divide them into the jars.
- Top each jar with a handful of fresh spinach.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate until ready to eat (up to five days).
- When ready to eat, warm the jars slightly, then add 1 to 1.5 cups boiling water, seal, and shake to mix.
- Let sit for a few minutes, stir, and enjoy directly from the jar or in a bowl.
