Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the ground pork, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until almost cooked through.
- 2. While the pork is cooking, prepare the green onions, garlic, ginger, cruciferous veggies, and carrot.
- 3. Spiralize the zucchini into zoodles.
- 4. Once the pork is nearly browned, add the white part of the green onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, fish sauce, and beef broth.
- 6. Prepare 4 wide mouth pint jars by layering the ingredients in the following order: pork, cruciferous veggies, green onions, and zoodles.
- 7. Pour the broth mixture into the jars, distributing evenly.
- 8. To serve, heat the broth mixture and pour it into the zoodle jar. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes, stir, and enjoy.
