Pea Noodle Soup

The Sauce

balsamic glaze or thick dressing
Instructions
- Boil the noodles, then drain, rinse, and return them to the pan with a bit of oil or broth to prevent sticking.
- Make the Cotterized Miso Paste by blending nutritional yeast, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and balsamic glaze until smooth. Add black pepper and sea salt if desired.
- Combine the paste with the noodles and mix well. Add broth, shrimp, peas, and green onion, then heat on low, covering to retain moisture for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the noodle and shrimp mixture in a bowl, adding broth on top. Optionally, add red chili peppers or sriracha sauce.
