Instructions
- Cook the Soba noodles in boiling water, then transfer to a bowl.
- Add shrimp to the boiling water for about 30 seconds, then transfer to the bowl with noodles.
- Discard the water and boil a fresh pot.
- Add raw scallops, bean sprouts, chopped asparagus, halved baby bok choy, sliced green onion, cilantro, and sliced Thai pepper to the bowl.
- Dilute miso in boiling water and pour it over the ingredients in the bowl.
- Add a few drops of sesame oil and enjoy the soup.
