Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the macaron shells by mixing almond flour and powdered sugar, then sift together.
  2. Whip the egg whites until foamy, gradually adding granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the dry ingredients into the whipped egg whites gently until combined.
  4. Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it rest until a skin forms.
  5. Bake the macarons in a preheated oven until they have risen and formed feet.
  6. Prepare the filling by creaming the butter and sugar together, then mix in the heavy cream and vanilla.
  7. Once the shells are cooled, pair them and pipe the filling onto one shell before sandwiching with another.
