Instructions
- Prepare the macaron shells by mixing almond flour and powdered sugar, then sift together.

- Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it rest until a skin forms.
- Bake the macarons in a preheated oven until they have risen and formed feet.
- Prepare the filling by creaming the butter and sugar together, then mix in the heavy cream and vanilla.
- Once the shells are cooled, pair them and pipe the filling onto one shell before sandwiching with another.
