Instructions
- Chop the bell peppers and onion, coat with oil and spices, and roast at 400°F for 20-30 minutes.
- In a food processor, puree the black beans with garlic and additional spices if desired.
- Spread the bean puree on tostada shells and top with roasted peppers, scallions, sour cream, and salsa.
