Sheet Pan Shrimp Primavera

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes and spread them on one end of a greased sheet pan.
- Pat the squash noodles dry and toss them with 1 Tbsp of avocado oil, 1 tsp of dried minced garlic, ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of pepper, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
- Place the noodles next to the tomatoes on the sheet pan.
- Toss the shrimp with the remaining avocado oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then place them on the sheet pan next to the tomatoes.
- Squeeze the lemon over the entire sheet pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve immediately, making a bed of squash noodles topped with shrimp and tomatoes, and sprinkle with fresh basil if desired.
