One Pot Shrimp Pasta Primavera

heavy cream

chicken broth

freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Boil 3 quarts of water in a large pot or Dutch oven and cook the linguine until al dente, about 7 to 10 minutes, adding the shrimp and vegetables during the last 4 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and vegetables well.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add dill, onion, thyme, cream, broth, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil while whisking constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the pasta, shrimp, and vegetables back into the pot and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately with additional Parmesan for garnish.
