Citrus Shrimp and Zoodles

Veggie Noodle Co. Zoodles (10.7 oz.) or about 4 cups of spiralized zucchini

assorted cherry tomatoes

Mrs. Dash Original Blend seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes and spread them on one end of a greased sheet pan.
- Place zoodles in a bowl, pat dry, and toss with 1 Tbsp avocado oil, 1 tsp dried minced garlic, and ¼ tsp salt, then place next to the tomatoes on the sheet pan.
- Toss the shrimp with the remaining avocado oil, dried minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash seasoning, then place on the sheet pan.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the entire sheet pan.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve by making a bed of zoodles topped with shrimp and tomatoes, and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
