Simple Shrimp Zoodle Salad

The dressing and cooking

Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini.
- Arrange the zoodles on a plate.
- Dry the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt ghee in a skillet over high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the hot pan.
- Cook the shrimp for 30-45 seconds on each side until pink.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan to cool.
- Combine the cooled shrimp, tomatoes, and basil with the zoodles.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add extra salt and pepper to taste if desired.
