Instructions
- Marinate shrimp with lemon basil seasoning for 5 minutes.
- Skewer shrimp and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked.
- Use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles from the zucchini.
- Sauté zucchini noodles in olive oil for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve the grilled shrimp over the zucchini noodles and garnish with mini sweet peppers.
