Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Noodles

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the shrimp, seasoning with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn opaque, then remove from the pan.
- In the same skillet, add onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then deglaze with white wine, scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cover, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they soften.
- Return the shrimp to the pan along with butter, lemon juice, remaining red pepper flakes, and basil, stirring until the butter melts.
- In another skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes before removing.
- Combine the zucchini noodles with the shrimp mixture, toss to coat, and serve.
