Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Place a Nilla Wafer in each liner, flat side down.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, egg, and lime juice until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes, then cool and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Before serving, top each cup with a tablespoon of whipped cream and garnish with a lime slice.
