Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat and preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until done, adjusting time based on thickness.
- Pour barbecue sauce over the chicken and sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese over each breast.
- Place the pan in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle bacon, tomatoes, and green onions over the chicken and serve.
