Instructions
- Combine pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream, maple syrup, and salt until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until combined.
- Scoop the mixture into jars, filling each with 2.5 tablespoons.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Add crushed pretzels to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Top each jar with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill the jars in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve immediately, breaking the chocolate topping before enjoying.
