Instructions
- Prepare the tofu by draining it for 15 minutes using a colander lined with paper towels.
- Blend the drained tofu, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and spices in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Serve the mousse in bowls or jars, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
