Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic chocolate soy milk
  • 9 to 10 ounces vegan chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces silken tofu
  • ¼ cup Amaretto or almond-flavored liquor
  • ¼ teaspoon natural pure almond extract

Instructions

  1. Simmer the chocolate soy milk in a small pot, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or a makeshift one with a saucepan and mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate, soy milk, and silken tofu in a blender and process until smooth.
  4. Stir in the Amaretto and almond extract, adjusting to taste.
  5. Chill the mixture in a bowl or individual servings for at least 1½ hours.
