Instructions
- Simmer the chocolate soy milk in a small pot, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or a makeshift one with a saucepan and mixing bowl.
- Combine the melted chocolate, soy milk, and silken tofu in a blender and process until smooth.
- Stir in the Amaretto and almond extract, adjusting to taste.
- Chill the mixture in a bowl or individual servings for at least 1½ hours.
