Instructions
- Chill the coupe glass with ice and water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine ice with Lillet, grapefruit juice, gin, St-Germain, and lemon juice.
- Shake the mixture for about 20 seconds until the shaker is ice cold.
- Discard the ice water from the glass and strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Twist the lemon peel over the drink to release oils, then run it along the rim and drop it in.
