Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, stems removed
  • 1 ripe banana preferably frozen
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries, soaked in water until plump
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pitted Medjool date (optional)
  • squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in an upright blender.
  2. Start blending at a low speed and gradually increase to high.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Enjoy the smoothie immediately.
