The beef and toppings

flank steak

Instructions
- Blend all marinade ingredients until smooth.
- Cut flank steak into strips and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and sauté shallot for 2-3 minutes.
- Add marinated beef and any remaining marinade to the skillet.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the beef, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
