Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, Asian pear, garlic, ginger, gochujang sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the steak to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the meat from the marinade, scraping off any large chunks.
- Cook the meat in a single layer on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or alternatively in a skillet on the stove top.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the cooked meat before serving.
