Cucumber Mint Gimlet

light agave nectar or simple syrup

gin, preferably Hendrick’s
Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber, mint, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker until the cucumber is well crushed.
- Add ice to the shaker, then pour in the lime juice and gin.
- Shake the mixture until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.
