Caprese Tarts

Instructions
- Roll out the defrosted puff pastry on a floured surface into a 10"x14" rectangle and chill.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the minced garlic for about a minute, then remove to cool.
- Cut the rolled pastry into 12 equal pieces and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic oil on each pastry piece, add a tablespoon of Mozzarella, basil, and tomato slices, leaving edges clear.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the tarts for 15-20 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
