Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each out on a floured surface.
- Fit the rolled dough into mini tart pans, trimming the excess.
- Optionally, blind bake the shells for 10 minutes with weights, then bake for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in each tart shell.
- Add 2 tablespoons of mozzarella, 3 slices of pepperoni, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving, and sprinkle with fresh basil if desired.
