Caprese Pizza

The crust

pizza dough (gluten-free if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F and prepare a pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Toss grape tomatoes and garlic with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes until the tomatoes start to wilt.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, then transfer it to the prepared pizza pan. Crimp the edges and prick the center with a fork. Bake for 6 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the oven, brush with the remaining avocado oil, and top with the roasted tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
- Return to the oven and bake for 16 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
