Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 0.2 oz Fresh basil

The dressing

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • tsp Sea salt
  • tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make balsamic glaze if not using store-bought.
  2. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into thick slices.
  3. Arrange tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves on a platter, alternating them.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
