Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 medium red tomatoes
  • 8 large basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons balsamic glaze
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange mozzarella slices, tomato slices, and basil leaves on a platter in an alternating pattern.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  4. Each stack of mozzarella, tomato, and basil is a serving.
