The salad

The dressing

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan and simmer until thickened.
- Let the balsamic reduction cool to room temperature.
- Layer tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
