The dressing

good quality BBQ sauce

lime
juice

rice wine vinegar

Instructions
- Add the chopped lettuce to a large bowl and top with sliced grilled chicken, cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and cilantro.
- Spray both sides of the corn tortillas with cooking spray, season with kosher salt, chili powder, and garlic salt, then bake until lightly browned.
- Cool the tortillas, cut them into strips, and sprinkle over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, lime juice, and rice wine vinegar, then sweeten with honey to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well, and garnish with additional cilantro, cotija cheese, and sliced jalapeños.
